All Thrive. products are made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering. If you have any questions about fit, reach out, we’re happy to help.
All item(s) must be returned in the same condition they arrived in:
• In original packaging
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from stains, odours, or hairs
We reserve the right to return any item(s) back to you if they don’t meet the above criteria.
